Procurement Process Manager - 2 years

Job Summary

Job Purpose: To develop spend data and demand management, plan, report and coordinate other type of activities identified as necessary during the procurement process.

 

Responsibilities:

  •  Develops the policies, procedures and strategic directions for the procurement department within SSC, together with the Corporate Procurement Manager, in line with the KMGR Group strategy and the transformation plan;
  • Identifies improvement opportunities for the work methods/ processes
  • Sets governance and control strategies;
  • Controls compliance management;
  • Develops and organizes training, workshops for the improvement of policies, procedures and other regulations, annual updates for CoE and Service Center teams
  • Efficiently works together with internal customers to support and improve procurement processes;
  • Checks the progress of the procurement operations by regular meetings and improvement methods for the duration/quality of processes / activities
  • Develops and monitor the Ledger of Risks/Risk Register and Lessons Learned
  • Reports the feedback related to internal audit, action plan development and its implementation;
  • Proves process excellence;
  • Coordinate the planning and execution process to deliver the expected results;
  • Analyze data for every category in order to support the procurement activity;
  • Evaluate vendor’s performance and lead segmentation of suppliers’ process;
  • Develop long term category strategy and monitor execution of it with annual review and identify effective measures to ensure strategy delivery is in place;

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Over 5 years of experience in Procurement;
  • Knowledge of business operations, practices, and core Procurement areas of focus;
  • Knowledge/experience in implementation of inventory and development of the procurement procedure.
  • Knowledge of Ariba, Coupa, other S2P systems, e-auctioning system, electronic catalogues, Procurement systems.
  • Ability to show judgement in developing innovative approaches and resolving issues;
  • Ability to show strategic thinking;
  • Ability to continuously improve the organization; Advanced in Microsoft Excel, Work and PowerPoint.
