BUDGETING AND REPORTING ANALYST 

KMG International currently operates over 1,100 supply points in Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Georgia, France, Spain, Ukraine, and Turkey. Rompetrol Bulgaria JSC is currently seeking an experienced professional for the position of Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Sofia.
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Participates in the pre-closing process through collecting data needed for the month closing;
- Checks the accuracy of accounting data;
- Participates in the process of preparation and maintenance of the Entity Chart of Accounts, according to reporting and Group needs;
- Prepares reports and reconciliations after the Month End Closing Period - Monthly/Quarterly/Annual reports;
- Participate in the documental coordination, preparation, approval, execution, and finalization of the Investment projects in the company;
- Monitors and prepares Monthly Reports regarding the Actual/Physical execution of the Investment projects of the company;
- The main role in the coordination between local departments, responsible for the Investment projects of the company and Group CAPEX Department;
- Working closely with the Accounting department regarding the documental execution of the investment projects;
- Prepares checks and reconciles reports containing data and information related to the job, requested by authorities, external and internal auditors, credit institutions, management, shareholders, and investors;
- Prepares Final Reports after the final execution of the Investment projects of the company;
- Participates in the annual budgeting process of company’s CAPEX projects and programs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or other related studies;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel;
- Advanced skills in the English language;
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
- SAP experience would be considered an advantage;
- High level of responsibility, positive "can-do" attitude and highly organized;
- Well-developed analytical abilities;
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
